Remember to book the FULL TIME that you plan to use the space, including time necessary for set-up and clean-up*. You will NOT be able to access the space before your reserved timeframe, and must be out by the end of your reserved timeframe.
We often have back to back reservations.
You will receive a notice immediately that we have received your request.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the confirmation of booking followed by a contract to review and sign, along with an invoice requesting deposit.
Final invoice balance payments are requested at least 48 hours before rental day.
A $50 deposit is IN ADDITION to the rental fees noted below and is non-refundable.
A processing service fee of 3.5% will be added to the invoice.
