Heat N Eat is a meal prep store and event space but we are not a restaurant, so things operate a little differently! You have set days to pre-order and set days to pickup. I promise it's more simple than you realize!
Q: How do I order?
A: Go to heatneattn.com to pre-order, only one menu is available at a time
Q: When do I order and pick up?
A: For Main Menu meals: order Tuesday through Saturday at 9am, pickup Monday 5:30pm-7:00pm or Tuesday-Friday during Eatery hours.
Q: Where do I pickup?
A: Cleveland: 200 Paul Huff Pkwy (Bradley Square Mall) doors to the left before entering mall entrance
Q: How do I pay?
A: Pre Pay online through the ordering system with Credit Card or choose offline payment and send through virtual options, or pay at pick-up:
PayPal (only using send to friend option):

FB pay through Messenger
Q: Do you have nutrition facts?
A: Yes the ordering page is dynamic and will update nutrition with your options!
Q: Do you offer vegetarian meals?
A: Yes, many meals have a meatless option.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes. Choose delivery at checkout. Deliveries will be on Tuesday and are an additional $7.
Q: Do you have alternate pickup times?
A: In order to balance the cooking and pickups, Heat N Eat has set pickup times BUT usually other options are available upon request.
Q: How long does the food last?
A: The standard is 3-4 days for meals, but some clients make them last longer and meals can also be frozen.
Q: Are the containers reusable and safe?
A: Yes! They are BPA free and great quality, so feel free to reuse them at home!
